Overview:

Due Diligence. Advised methods and processes to maximize (short-term sales) with current mobile/online sales channels. Collaborated with management, then presented “their ideas” that led to additional new sales channel/partnerships. Used my best judgment and patience to give additional time for staff and leadership to fix problems before spotlighting critical operations areas that needed to be addressed to drive successful long-term revenues and return customer revenue growth.

Music improves customer experience by creating an atmosphere, changing the mood, and influencing behavior (altura.com). Using a POV approach, where I the viewer can see myself as the person in this advertisement. Specifically, I added music hits from artists that either already played or will have a concert coming soon in the future to Sofi stadium, YouTube theater, or Kia center, all the performance venues are within blocks of Sonder Lum. This does three things, connects with the viewer through music, makes the viewer either realize that they missed a concert of their favorite artist or gives information that their favorite artist is coming to town, and finally showcases "Sonder Lum's" property as a premium place to stay while attending their favorite artist's concert.

There are operations, sales, and marketing tips directed at investors, decision makers, executives, directors, and management to optimize Sonder Lum's business, thus increasing sales revenues and maximizing return customer profitability.

Instagram highlights use P.O.V. marketing which allows the viewer to imagine themselves using Sonder Lum's products and services. Each marketing highlight with music uses current hit songs and past memorable songs to create nostalgia with the viewer, thus creating good memories and brings out past feelings associated with those songs.

Remember, music is the soundtrack to our lives. The marketing also creates a sense of urgency for the viewer to attend concerts where perhaps in the past they couldn’t attend. These ads are specifically targeted at socio-economic groups with extra income to spend on luxury goods and services. Additionally, the music selected are artists that have played in the past or have up and coming concerts near Sonder Lum's facilities.

In Depth Analysis:

Analyzed Sonder, Lum’s business operations, then advised executives, staff, and stakeholders of methods and processes to maximize profit margins with new customers using the mobile application and suggested additional new sales channel/partnership opportunities.

Spotlighted critical operations management areas that needed to be addressed immediately to drive long-term revenue, growth, and brand awareness, thus creating loyal customers.

Created social media marketing campaigns using current hit songs and nostalgic memorable music to highlight up and coming concerts. Additionally, I used Instagram highlights to clarify communication with investors, executives, directors, management, and decision makers.

Side Note:
The restaurant & bar "cork and batter" was a great idea as discussed with management to increase revenues, especially for this sonder. Management discussed the idea before my recommendation. The Sonder Lum" is in a prime location near the Sofi stadium, Kia center, YouTube center, Hollywood Park, new mall, and intuit dome.

While the social economics of the city is improving, from the additional revenues of the many entertainment centers being built and events being held, the city has a rough reputation. Thus, a safe restaurant or bar in a prime location, like this one, is guaranteed for success. "If managed wisely."

A similar bar or restaurant at Sonder "the Beacon" in Santa Monica on Ocean Ave., located at the top of the building, with ocean views, would not be advised. While the Sonder is in a prime location, the bar/restaurant is located in a saturated market. The bar/restaurant area would be better used as a lounge area for Sonder guests to compliment the massive pool and cabana area or be used as a rental area for private parties.
