Sample work. This is an old Rough Draft of a "Strategy and Business Development" plan for U.S.C.'s express catering a part of the larger USC hospitality services, that I researched and talked about from 2011-2016. The original work was on a shared company hard drive and was used by leadership with out my permission to further their careers. Afterwards, all of my work was bullet pointed and locked with access codes. With this plan, I do not have the time, funding, or software for a final draft.
Please note, this rough draft shows the depth of my research and work. There are a few sections missing. Some of those sections like the K.P.I's, market analysis, etc. I have removed and used them in other areas to use with my current work and within this portfolio.
The whole plan should include market analysis, sales projections, operations analysis, marketing, KPIs, strategy, etc. All are key to developing long term customer satisfaction which leads to returning customers, leading increased profit margins, leading to increased sales and increased market share.
